Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend CGC Plumbing (Corey and Tim) highly enough. I’ve been relying on them ever since I moved into my property, and they’ve been consistently reliable and professional every single time.

The very first time I called them was during an emergency — I had a burst pipe, and Corey showed up quickly and had the issue sorted within an hour. That level of responsiveness immediately gave me confidence I was in good hands.

More recently, they helped remove old ducting from my home’s crawl space and fixed a leak from my bathtub. Both jobs were handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. They always explain what needs to be done, show up when they say they will, and leave everything clean and tidy.

It’s such a relief having plumbers you can genuinely trust. Corey and Tim do excellent work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing quality plumbing services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Corey from CGC Plumbing Services.
His technical knowledge, specialised plumbing equipment and patience to explain the works required was the reason why we used his services.
The trade industry is full of untrustworthy individuals looking to rip you off, often leaving you with a large bill and damage that only has to be repaired again.
We were very fortunate to have been referred to Corey to rectify shoddy and misdiagnosed work undertaken by previous plumbers.
Don’t waste your time not knowing who to use go with CGC plumbing.

Plumber Scoresby

Plumbing in Scoresby: industrial precinct and residential estates

Scoresby is heavily weighted toward commercial and industrial plumbing, and that is a large part of what we do here. The Caribbean Business Park and the broader Scoresby industrial precinct generate consistent demand for mechanical services, trade waste, process drainage and backflow prevention — work that generally needs to happen outside operating hours and cannot afford to run over.

For industrial clients, backflow prevention is the compliance item we most often find neglected. Fire services, chemical storage, washdown bays and process water connections all typically require testable devices with annual certification. We are licensed for the testing and can manage the schedule so it does not become a problem.

Trade waste is the other commercial constant. If a Scoresby premises discharges anything beyond ordinary domestic waste to sewer, there are pre-treatment obligations — grease arrestors for food operations, silt and oil separators for workshops. We install and service both.

The residential side of Scoresby is predominantly 1980s and 90s estate housing. PVC sewer, modern water lines, and consequently far fewer of the root-intrusion and galvanised-pipe issues that dominate the older Knox suburbs. The work skews toward equipment replacement — hot water units at end of life, tapware and cistern replacement, and flexible hose renewal.

Stormwater on the residential estates follows the standard pattern: agricultural drains around slabs that have silted up over thirty years, plus additional roof and paved area added since construction without any drainage upgrade.

Scoresby is immediately adjacent to our Knoxfield base, so response times here are among our fastest. We operate 24 hours for genuine emergencies.
