Bayswater runs residential and light industrial side by side, and we work across both. The factory and warehouse units through the Bayswater industrial pocket bring commercial work — mechanical services, trade waste, backflow prevention and the sort of drainage that handles washdown and process water rather than domestic waste. The residential streets are standard post-war Knox housing with the ageing infrastructure that implies.
